1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation or using the services provided by Advocate Anakha S ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer consultations and, when separately agreed, legal services including:
- Property Law and Disputes
- Family Law (Divorce, Custody, Marriage)
- NRI and OCI Legal Matters
- Succession and Inheritance
- Power of Attorney, Legal Notices, and Document Work
- Criminal Law
- Consumer, Cyber, and Motor Accident Claims
This list is not exhaustive. Consultations are conducted online by video or phone for clients in India and abroad. Drafting, document review, representation, filing, registration, and other work require a separate express engagement unless the paid service description says they are included.
3. Booking and Payment
- All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our website
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
- Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days from approval
- A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement
4. Merchant and Tax Details
The merchant for online payments is Anakha Associates, represented by Advocate Anakha S, operating from Court View Building, Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695035, India.

Where applicable, GST details will be reflected on the invoice or payment record issued for the consultation.
5. Consultation Terms
- Consultations are scheduled for the date and time selected during booking
- Call or meeting details will be sent to your registered email or phone
- You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection
- Consultations are limited to the time slot purchased
- You may send one consolidated written clarification within 7 calendar days after the consultation, on the same matter and facts discussed. New facts, documents or issues—and drafting, document review, written opinions, research or representation—require a separate scope and fee.
- A written opinion, document review, drafting or representation is not included unless the booking or a later engagement expressly says so.
6. Professional Conduct
Advocate Anakha S is a licensed advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala. All legal advice is provided in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethics. However:
- Initial consultations are advisory in nature
- Case outcomes cannot be guaranteed
- Additional services (litigation, documentation) are subject to separate agreements
6A. Fixed-Fee Power of Attorney Scope
The displayed fee covers advocate drafting, confirmation of the wording with you, country-route guidance, Kerala-side coordination, and the standard Kerala government charges for the agreed Power of Attorney route.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, foreign notary, apostille authority, Indian mission or application-centre fees, local authentication, translation, courier, banking, tax or CA charges, and non-standard statutory charges are paid separately.
7. Confidentiality
Consultations and engaged matters are handled under the advocate's professional confidentiality duties and any legal privilege that applies. The practice does not record a session without consent, although the selected call provider may process data under its own terms.
Information may be disclosed where you authorise it, where it is necessary to provide the agreed service through an authorised processor, or where disclosure is required by law.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund TAT

- You may reschedule free of charge when you request it at least 24 hours before the booked time. Shorter-notice requests are considered case by case.
- If you book a slot that starts in less than 24 hours, the less-than-24-hours cancellation window applies immediately. Shorter-notice rescheduling requests are considered case by case.
- Once an eligible refund request is approved, the refund is initiated within 5-7 business days
- We reserve the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advocate Anakha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
