Cancellation & Refund Schedule
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our practice.

This schedule applies to booked consultations.
Digital Guide Unlocks
A digital guide unlock is delivered after verified payment and provides access for the period stated at checkout. Once access has been successfully delivered or used, the unlock fee is normally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, or a service we cannot provide will be corrected or refunded. This does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Legal Notices, Power of Attorney, and Other Document Services
If we cannot provide a paid service, the amount paid for that undelivered service will be refunded. Once drafting, review, dispatch, filing, registration coordination, or other work has begun, any refund is assessed against work already completed and non-recoverable government or third-party charges. Duplicate charges and payment errors are handled separately.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund:
- Email us at admin@advocateanakha.com
- Include your booking confirmation number
- Provide your registered email and phone number
- State the reason for cancellation (optional)
Refund Processing and TAT
- Refund turnaround time (TAT): eligible refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days from approval of the refund request
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment method used for booking
- Bank, card network, or payment processor settlement timelines may add 2-3 additional business days
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
Rescheduling
You may reschedule free of charge when you request it at least 24 hours before the booked time. Shorter-notice requests are considered case by case. Contact us to find a new time slot.
If you book a slot that starts in less than 24 hours, the less-than-24-hours cancellation window applies immediately. Shorter-notice rescheduling requests are considered case by case.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may offer full refunds or rescheduling at our discretion, regardless of timing. Please contact us with supporting documentation.
Service Interruptions
If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled consultation at no extra cost
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed consultations (services already rendered)
- Completed drafting, review, dispatch, filing, or coordination work
- Government or third-party charges already incurred and not recoverable
