Cancellation & Refund Schedule
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our practice.

How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund:
- Email us at refund@advocateanakha.com
- Include your booking confirmation number
- Provide your registered email and phone number
- State the reason for cancellation (optional)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated
Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your consultation free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us to find a new time slot.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may offer full refunds or rescheduling at our discretion, regardless of timing. Please contact us with supporting documentation.
Service Interruptions
If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled consultation at no extra cost
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed consultations (services already rendered)
- Documentation fees (once documents are prepared)
- Court filing fees (paid to government)
