Does the consultation include follow-ups?
You may send one consolidated written clarification within 7 calendar days after the consultation, on the same matter and facts discussed. New facts, documents or issues—and drafting, document review, written opinions, research or representation—require a separate scope and fee.
How is the consultation conducted?
Online, by video or phone call at your scheduled time. If you are abroad, we confirm a slot that fits your timezone.
What happens after I pay?
We verify the payment and reserve the requested slot. You then receive a confirmation email with your booking details. If verification is delayed, the page tells you not to pay again while we reconcile it.
What if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule free of charge when you request it at least 24 hours before the booked time. Shorter-notice requests are considered case by case.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and your card details are never stored on this site.
